Terms and Conditions
Size and color
- If customers find that the size does not fit or color is not satisfactory, customers may contact us to request replacement or refund.
Termination of order
- Customers are not allowed to terminate a purchase order if payment of that purchase is done and payment confirmation is sent to customer.
- Customers are allowed to terminate a purchase order if payment is not yet done, you may contact us to cancel your order.
Payment Confirmation
- If customers place purchase orders through our website and make payment through Paypal, a receipt will automatically be sent to customer’s contact email.
- If customers place their order via What’s app, email or Instagram, a payment confirmation email will be sent to customer’s contact email or instant messengers.
- Upon payment completion, we will process the orders subject to the term of Order Processing Time (refer to “Order Processing Time”).
Order Processing Time
- Subject to our stock availability, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Rejected Parcels and Incorrect Addresses
- If a parcel is not accepted and needs to be returned to us, whether it’s because of an incorrect address provided by you or due to a refusal to accept delivery, the goods will be returned to us at your expense, and you will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded. If the cost of returning the goods exceeds the cost of the products, no refund or return will be carried out.
Taxes and Import Fees
- Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. Upon checkout, some couriers may try to estimate these charges, however, please note that you remain responsible for any excess charges which may still be chargeable.
- If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at your expense, and you will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded. If the cost of returning the goods exceeds the cost of the products, no refund or return will be carried out.
Defect Liability
- Before placing any order, customers shall be aware of that the products purchased are handcrafted, it may have unavoidable minor defects and reasonable tolerance should be given.
- For materially defective products where the materials defects are caused by inappropriate production, customer may contact us for replacement or refund.
Replacement and Refund
For defective products as defined in the term of Defect Liability (refer to “Defect Liability”) and the unsuitable products as defined in the terms of Size and Color (refer to “Size and Color”)
- Customer may contact us to replace. Before the replacement, customers shall return the product(s) to us at customer’s own expenses and upon receiving the returned product(s), we will process the replacement. If customers have any concern on above arrangement, customer may contact us for further clarification.
- We promise to refund the price of concerned product(s) paid by customer if the products purchased are materially defective as defined in the term of Defect Liability (refer to “Defect Liability”) and are unsuitable as defined in the terms of Size and Color (refer to “Size and Color”). The concerned products shall be returned at customer’s own expenses for refund purpose. Customers may contact us for further clarification.
- Refund is ONLY applicable for product price refund. Shipment fee is not refundable.
Return
- The concerned product(s) shall be returned to us within 7 days from the date of receiving the products and the returned product(s)shall be under the following conditions:
- no willful or malicious damage made by customer.
- not washed or used
- with original package.
- Return cost shall be paid by customer.
Limitation of Liability
- Our total liability for any costs, claim, damage or loss arising under the purchase shall be limited to an amount equal to the total amount of payments received by us from the customer under the purchase. We shall not be liable to the customer for direct or indirect loss, death or injuries caused by inappropriate use of our product(s).
