About us

  1. Who are you ?
  • We are a personnel workshop, running business on Shopify.
  • We are a small handcraft workshop in Hong Kong selling handcrafted gears for kids. Our products are handcrafted with skilled hands and a heart full of dedication. Each creation from the brand was a labor of love, meticulously crafted from the finest materials sourced from around the world.
  1. What products are you selling?
  • We are selling crocheted / knitted gears such as hats, gloves, socks, bibs, scarfs and accessories.
  1. Do you have a retail shop?
  • No, we do not have a retail shop, but we have a small workshop where is a production house and only our owner works there. Customers are welcomed to our workshop.

 

About the products

  1. Is every gear handmade?
  • Yes, all products are hundred percent handcrafted by our owner. Hence, it is limited in the market.
  • The products are mainly made with yarns we purchased from third parties yarn suppliers or manufacturers in different countries.
  • Our owner/ producer attempts to source high quality materials for production.
  1. Where are the materials from ?
  • The yarn used comes mainly from Japan, Taiwan and Europe. The product description also shows you the details of materials used.
  • Some small components may be sourced from Hong Kong or made in China.
  1. Does the yarn used are suitable for Babies or infants?
  • Some products are made with baby care materials. Some products are made with non-baby care materials, but it may be soft and /or organic.
  • We make this claim based on material specifications and information given by yarn manufacturers or yarn suppliers. We are not responsible for any allergy, harm or illness caused to your babies or infants by the materials used, but we will give you the said specifications or information we have from yarn manufacturers or suppliers. Customer shall carefully and duly choose appropriate product(s) by referencing to the said specifications and information.
  1. How do I know the size of products ?
  • We provide size details of every item by measuring their actual width, length, height and depth. Customer may choose your favorite items by referencing to the metric given.
  1. Where can I find product information?
  • Product description box: we describe our product information in description box including yarn information (e.g. country of origin, certification, ingredients) and material information.
  • Product label: A physical product label will be attached with the product you purchased.
  1. How to wash gears
  • You may refer to our label given therewith the product you purchased.
  1. Do you have sufficient supply?
  • As all products are handcrafted and it takes time for production. Stock inventory may be limited from time to time. If customers have query, please contact us.  
  1. What if the size of products purchased is not fit or I do not like the color of products ?
  • If customers find that the size does not fit or color is not satisfactory, customers may contact us to request replacement or refund (please read our terms and conditions to know more)
  1. Are your products free from defects ?
  • We do not guarantee our products are hundred percent free from defects. Customers should be aware of that our products are completely handcrafted. Some minor defects may occur from time to time. But we promise to check every item and make sure it is reasonably good for use.
  • If there is any material defect in our products, customer may contact us to replace or refund. Please refer to our terms and conditions.

 

About Order and Order Processing Time

  1. How to place an order ?
  • Subject to stock availability,
  1. customers may place orders on our website and check out.
  2. customers may place orders through What’s app, email or Instagram, we will confirm your order through the said channel.
  1. How long does it take to process an order?
  • Subject to our stock availability, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, it takes more than 2 business days to process your order. Please allow additional days and we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

About Payment Methods

  1. How many payment methods can I choose to pay?
  • Purchase through our website: Paypal is applicable.
  • Purchase through What’s app: Payme, AlipayHK and Wechat Pay are applicable. 

(If you are a Hong Kong customer, we welcome you to take option 2 for convenience)

About Payment confirmation

  1. How do I know my payment is done?
  • If customers place their purchase orders through our website and make payment through Paypal, a receipt will automatically be sent to customer’s contact email.
  • If customers place their order via What’s app, email or Instagram, a payment confirmation email / message will be sent to customer’s contact email or through above said channels.
  • Upon payment completion, we will process delivery subject to the term of Shipment Processing Time. Please refer to our terms and conditions.

 

About package

  1. How do you pack my purchase?
  • Every item will be covered with a paper sheet and packed with a paper box. Please refer to our pictures on our website.
  • If you have specific requirements, please let us know and we will facilitate. If extra effort or materials are required for package, extra cost will be paid by mutual agreement.

About termination of order

  1. Can I terminate my order if I am no longer need it or like it?
  • For a purchase which payment is done and payment confirmation is sent. You cannot terminate your order.
  • For a purchase which payment is not done, you may contact us to cancel your order.

About the delivery

  1. How do you deliver products
  • For Hong Kong customer, we deliver products locally after payment is done.
  1. Delivery by courier: SF Express- deliver to destination address (Customer should provide appropriate address and contact).
  2. Delivery by our staff: please contact us

 

  • For overseas delivery, we deliver products after payment is done.
  1. Delivery by courier: International delivery to the destination country and specified address.

 

  1. How much shall I pay for local (Hong Kong) delivery?
  • Free delivery for a purchase is HKD 500 or above.
  • For a purchase is less than HKD 500
  1. Delivery by courier: 50 HKD per one transaction .
  2. Delivery by our staff: 20 HKD charged per one transaction. (Customers shall refer to our terms and conditions for details.)

 

  1. How much shall I pay for overseas delivery?
  • For overseas delivery: the rate will be charged when you check out your order.

(Delivery fee cannot be refunded.)
